Holding the Secret Service Accountable
Watch Senate Conservatives battle the Secret Service for answers
You need to see this.
Joe Biden’s new Acting Director of the U.S. Secret Service just tried to gaslight the American people at a Senate hearing about his agency’s failure to protect Donald Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania.
His name is Robert Rowe. His strategy in testifying before the Senate Judiciary Committee was to say the right words but avoid the hard questions:
Why was Trump repeatedly denied extra protection?
Why was presidential candidate Robert Kennedy, Jr. denied protection?
How did a 20-year-old kid get on a roof with a rifle and a clear line of sight to President Trump?
Why did Secret Service agents ignore rally attendees’ warnings about the shooter for several minutes?
How did the Secret Service and FBI allow Trump to go on stage knowing an armed threat was in the crowd?
For a while, it looked like Rowe’s game would work. Then came Sen. Ted Cruz’s turn to question the witness:
Then came Sen. Josh Hawley’s turn:
The real story there isn’t the heated questioning and verbal fireworks — it’s the outrageous scandal underneath.
The Biden Administration is slow-walking and stonewalling any attempt to find the truth about what really happened at that rally. It is increasingly clear that Biden has instilled in the U.S. Secret Service the same woke, partisan culture of incompetence that plagues our entire government today.
Biden’s appointees cared more about “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion” than they did about protecting Donald Trump. And they are desperate to hide the evidence of that fact until after the November elections.
It’s not a coincidence that the few people in Washington holding the Secret Service accountable are House and Senate conservatives. Nor is it a coincidence that before Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley came to Washington, they were anti-establishment candidates endorsed by the Senate Conservatives Fund.
We are proud of the heroic work Cruz and Hawley have done since their elections. We are proud to endorse them again in 2024. And we are proud to back five new Senate candidates this year — principled, fighting candidates who could change the U.S. Senate for a generation.
Thank you for backing these principled leaders. Your support will help re-elect Cruz and Hawley and send them reinforcements — not only to unearth the truth about the Trump assassination attempt but to finally hold all of Joe Biden’s agencies accountable to the American people.
