Conservatives Can't Sleep on Texas
Talarico leads Paxton by 3 points and has a massive war chest
Democrats believe 2026 is the year they turn Texas blue. And right now, they have the money and polling to back it up. Their Senate candidate is left-wing state legislator and “pastor” James Talarico. He’s a terrible fit for the Lone Star State: weird, woke, and heretical.
Talarico is the one who says:
There are six genders, not two.
God is “non-binary.”
The American flag is a “complicated symbol.”
And white men are a terrorist threat.
Talarico is a left-wing radical trying to reinvent himself as a “moderate” for the campaign. He’s cut from the same cloth as Beto O’Rourke. But remember: Beto almost won!
In 2018, Senator Ted Cruz ran a flawless campaign and still only beat O’Rourke by two points! In 2026, conservative Attorney General Ken Paxton will face the same midterm headwinds. And he’s going to have to win this race without help from the national Republican Party.
The GOP establishment is furious with Texas Republicans for defeating incumbent John Cornyn. So while Democrats run hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of attack ads against Paxton, Republican elites will sit on their hands.
Ken Paxton is facing a perfect storm. If conservatives don’t get into this fight, James Talarico could win.
We cannot let that happen.
Texas needs a conservative in the Senate, fighting alongside Ted Cruz against the Left and the Establishment. With Cornyn out, this race will end either as a pickup or a loss. There is no third option.
Don’t let the Bible-thumping schtick fool you. Talarico is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. He stands for open borders, climate extremism, and trans fanaticism. He calls himself a radical feminist and promised his campaign would never… buy meat!
And yet, right now, Talarico is 3 points ahead in most polls. And he is raising millions from liberal elites in Hollywood and Washington. In fact, he raked in $3 million in a single day after the Paxton-Cornyn runoff!
So Paxton will have to get the truth about Talarico out on his own. And we have to help him!
