When legendary Auburn football coach Tommy Tuberville moved from the sidelines into the political arena, no one knew Senator Tuberville would be an All-American, too.
But in just five years, Tuberville has proven himself to be one of the toughest, most reliable, and most principled conservatives in Washington.
From Day One, he ignored the Beltway’s advice to new senators. They said, “Keep your head down… trust leadership… go along to get along.”
Coach Tuberville didn’t listen to them because he promised to listen to the people of Alabama when he first ran for the Senate. He promised to serve their values, their Constitution, and their country.
“Government is supposed to help the people,” he said. “But now we’ve got government versus the people.”
So Tuberville fought.
When Democrats tried to impeach Donald Trump (again!), Tuberville stood strong for the former president and for the rule of law.
When elites in both parties wanted to fund another forever war in Ukraine, Tuberville stood up for America First.
When the Right to Life case went to the Supreme Court, Tuberville petitioned the Justices to overturn Roe v. Wade, which they did.
That was the same year Coach Tuberville took his most inspiring stand — maybe the most important Senate crusade of the last decade.
When the Biden Administration announced that it would use military funding to pay for Defense Department employees’ abortion-related travel expenses, Tuberville stepped up.
Tuberville promised to object to any and all military promotions that came before the Senate until the president ended this unconscionable abuse of power.
Democrats howled. The media attacked. Even Establishment Republicans complained. Woke activists even doxxed and swatted him. But for over a year, Tuberville held his ground. In a single stroke, he exposed the Left’s abortion extremism, politicization of the military, and weaponization of government.
As we now know, all of those issues played a crucial role in the GOP 2024 election sweep. And, of course, they led to the reversal of the Pentagon’s “abortion travel agency” under President Donald Trump and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth.
In his first term, Tuberville has championed crypto-currencies, DOGE, budget reform, and reforming the FBI. His bill to protect female student-athletes from biological men invading their leagues and locker rooms passed the U.S. House of Representatives. And, thank goodness, he’s just getting started.
Coach Tuberville is running for re-election to the U.S. Senate in 2026, and we are proud to endorse him.
